Fleet maintenance

Regular servicing and inspections keep equipment at peak performance. Inspections are required on a set schedule so the machine can operate on site without hold ups. If you need a machine checked, serviced, or repaired, we can help.

A qualified mechanic can attend on site or at a location that suits your team. Repairs to damaged machines are available.

  • Engine servicing
  • Ninety day inspections
  • Annual inspections
  • Ten year inspections
  • Minor repairs and major repairs

We service forklifts, telehandlers, scissor lifts, boom lifts, and spider lifts.

Ten year inspections

Ten years from the date of manufacture, an elevated work platform must pass a major inspection to meet safety standards. The inspection focuses on critical safety components in line with AS or NZS 1418.10:2011.

We provide complete ten year inspection services to confirm compliance. Work is carried out by qualified mechanics who understand access and materials handling equipment.

Site inspections

The right machine saves time and reduces risk. We can visit site to confirm access, terrain, reach, and task details, then recommend the gear that fits the job and the environment.

Our team can flag physical constraints, compare options, and outline a simple plan for delivery and setup.

Training

Operators need the right licence and the right habits. We arrange training that covers safe use, practical skills, and the qualifications required on site.
